More about the intervention:
Project EMPOWER is a free, evidence-based, 1-session online program for caretakers (e.g., parents, teachers, etc.) to equip them with skills to build bravery and reduce anxiety in anxious children. We are adapting this program for caregivers of OCD patients to equip them with practical skills to reduce stress and help their loved one break from the web of OCD.
