Anyone is welcome try Project EMPOWER, freely and anonymously, at any time.

Project EMPOWER does not collect any personally-identifying information.

Project EMPOWER is a free, evidence-based, 1-session online program for caretakers (e.g., parents, teachers, etc.) to equip them with skills to build bravery and reduce anxiety-based avoidance in children.

EMPOWER was designed with caregivers in mind, but anyone who works with or cares for children may find the program helpful.
